Carlos Herrera Takes Latin America Remote YCS on Kewl Tune

Carlos Andres Herrera Buendia has taken down the September Latin America Advanced Remote Duel YCS, steering Kewl Tune through 11 rounds of Swiss and a demanding top cut. Across the two-day remote tournament, 212 competitors logged onto Discord, but Herrera proved that the Synchro strategy still dictates the pace of top tables. After sweeping Day 1 at 7-0 and claiming the top seed after round 11 at 27 points, Herrera cleared the single-elimination bracket and defeated Roberto Aldana Cobos in the finals.
The elimination rounds featured heavy competition across the region. Alongside Herrera and Aldana Cobos, Joseph Tello Wong and Eddie Andre Alba Pando made Top 4 runs, with Christopher Bernard Penafiel Ramirez, Juan Carlos Norabuena Mendoza, Moisses David Salas Ramones, and Renzo Agustin Vasquez Tarrillo securing Top 8 finishes. Herrera leaned heavily on the engine's core setup lines involving Kewl Tune Synchro, Kewl Tune Cue, and Kewl Tune Track Maker to strip information and disrupt opponent lines before they could get off the ground.
With another championship finish on record, Kewl Tune remains one of the defining decks to prepare for across premier competitive events. Herrera's wire-to-wire run proves that navigating hand knowledge and precise Synchro sequencing remains a lethal combination in high-level play.
