These terms explain how you may use SummonHub and what you can expect from us. They apply to summonhub.com and the SummonHub Android app (com.awaiteddev.summonhub), operated by Awaited Developments.

By using SummonHub or accepting these terms during account setup, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Awaited Developments, and "you" means the person using SummonHub.
SummonHub helps you look up Yu-Gi-Oh! cards and prices, build decks, manage collections and watchlists, and sync saved content with your account. The Android app also supports card scanning. Features and limits can differ between the app and website, and between free accounts and SummonHub Ultimate.
We may update features, limits, or availability as the service develops. For changes that materially affect a paid subscription, we will provide notice where required and respect applicable billing rules and consumer rights.
You must be at least 13 to use SummonHub, or older if the law where you live requires it. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms and permit your use of the service. Paid purchases must also meet Google Play's account and authorization requirements.
An account is needed for saved cloud content and subscription features. You can sign up with email and password or Google sign-in. Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Do not share account credentials or create multiple accounts to bypass limits, trials, or subscription requirements.
SummonHub Ultimate is an optional paid subscription. It removes ads and provides additional access or higher limits for supported features. The offer shown at purchase describes the included benefits, price, billing period, and any trial or promotion. Technical, storage, and abuse-prevention limits still apply.
Purchases and recurring billing are handled by Google Play. A recurring subscription renews automatically unless cancelled under the terms shown at purchase. Manage or cancel it through Google Play subscriptions. Uninstalling SummonHub or deleting your SummonHub account does not cancel billing.
After cancellation, access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period, subject to the purchase terms and any refund. Refund eligibility depends on Google Play's refund policy and applicable law. Contact us if you need help with a purchase. These terms do not remove any refund or cancellation rights the law gives you.
You retain any rights you have in your original contributions, such as deck names, notes, and the way you organize your saved lists. Referencing a card in a deck or collection does not give you ownership of its artwork, trademarks, or other third-party material.
When you save or share content through SummonHub, you give us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, copy, sync, and display it as needed to provide the features you use. Public sharing allows other people with the link to view the shared content and copy information from it. Only share content you are entitled to share, and avoid including private information.
We may remove content that violates these terms, infringes others' rights, or must be removed by law. Data retention and deletion are explained in our Privacy Policy.
You may use the provided import, export, and sharing tools for your own decks and collections. This does not grant a licence to redistribute third-party card artwork, databases, or pricing feeds. You must not:
SummonHub uses services such as Google sign-in and Google Play, and displays card and pricing information from third-party providers, including TCGplayer. Their services and websites have their own terms and privacy policies.
Some shopping links are affiliate links, and we may receive a commission from qualifying purchases. Any purchase through an external retailer is between you and that retailer. SummonHub does not sell the cards or guarantee the retailer's listings, stock, delivery, or prices.
SummonHub's software, branding, and original content belong to Awaited Developments or our licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive permission to use the service for its intended purposes while you follow these terms. No ownership rights in our software or branding are transferred to you.
Card names, artwork, trademarks, and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners. SummonHub is unofficial and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Konami. This product uses TCGplayer data but is not endorsed or certified by TCGplayer.
Notice of Copyright Infringement. If you believe that content available on SummonHub infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our support contact at support@summonhub.com. To help us investigate and process your copyright report promptly, please include: (a) a physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (c) identification of the material to be removed, with sufficient detail for us to locate it; (d) your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email); (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
To the extent permitted by law, SummonHub is provided "as is" and "as available", without guarantees of uninterrupted access or error-free results. We may need to interrupt access for maintenance, security, or circumstances outside our control.
Card details, scan matches, legality information, prices, and collection valuations may be incomplete, incorrect, or delayed. Prices are estimates and may differ by printing, condition, currency, seller, and time. Verify relevant information with the original source before purchases, trades, or tournament play. Keep exports or other backups of saved content you cannot afford to lose.
To the extent permitted by law, Awaited Developments is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including lost profits or data and losses from relying on inaccurate card or pricing information.
These exclusions apply only where lawful. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections.
We may restrict or suspend access, remove content, or close an account when we have reasonable grounds to believe these terms have been breached, to protect users or the service from abuse or security risks, or to comply with law. Where reasonably possible and lawful, we will explain the reason. Contact us if you believe a restriction was made in error.
You can stop using SummonHub at any time and request account deletion through your account settings. Deletion is scheduled after a 30-day grace period; signing in during that period cancels the request. Our Privacy Policy explains retention, deletion, and how to request help. Cancel any active Google Play subscription separately to stop future billing.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Subject to mandatory local laws, disputes may be brought in the competent courts of British Columbia.
If the law where you live gives you mandatory consumer protections or the right to bring a claim in your local courts, these terms do not take those rights away. Please contact us first if you would like help resolving a concern; this is not a requirement to give up or delay your legal rights.
We may update these terms and will publish the revised version here with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will provide notice and seek agreement where required by law. Changes do not apply retroactively to existing disputes or remove rights you already have.
If you disagree with revised terms, you can stop using the service, cancel your subscription, and request account deletion. Continued use after notified changes take effect indicates acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.

Website usage analytics is optional and off by default. Accepting these terms, browsing, or creating an account does not turn it on. You can allow or decline it in the analytics notice and change your choice through Analytics preferences in the footer. See website analytics for details.
