1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, signing up for, or using SummonHub (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Our Service

SummonHub is an unofficial companion app and web platform for Yu-Gi-Oh! players. Features include AI-powered card scanning, advanced deck building & testing, collection management with portfolio valuation, live TCGPlayer market prices, watchlists, cloud sync, and more. Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. To access cloud sync, saved decks, watchlists, and premium features, you need a SummonHub account. You can create an account using email and password or by signing in with Google.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Each user may maintain only one SummonHub account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent feature limits, free trials, or subscription requirements is prohibited and will result in permanent termination of all associated accounts.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including for inactivity, suspected abuse, or violations of these Terms, without prior notice or liability. Account data may be deleted 90 days after termination. We are not responsible for loss of data resulting from account termination.

4. Subscriptions & Billing (SummonHub Ultimate)

SummonHub Ultimate is our premium subscription that unlocks powerful tools for serious players and collectors. With Ultimate, you get:

• Unlimited cloud decks (save and sync anywhere)
• Unlimited watchlist (track your favorite cards)
• Unlimited card scans (scan decks effortlessly)
• First access to new features

Subscriptions are billed through your respective platform provider — Google Play Billing for Android users, or our secure web payment processor for SummonHub.com. Your subscription will auto-renew until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Google Play account settings or your SummonHub web account dashboard.

Your platform provider's billing and refund policies govern all transactions. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and your platform provider's policies, the platform provider's policies prevail with respect to billing and refunds. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods unless required by applicable law. Upgrading to Ultimate directly supports ongoing development, new features, and keeping the app free for everyone.

5. User Content

SummonHub allows you to create and manage personal content such as deck names, deck configurations, collection lists, watchlists, and personal notes ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your original User Content.

By using cloud sync or public sharing features, you grant Awaited Developments a limited, royalty-free license to store and display your User Content solely to provide the Service. You represent that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights.

Important:Deck lists, collection data, and other content within SummonHub reference Yu-Gi-Oh! card data and images that are the intellectual property of Konami. Neither you nor Awaited Developments owns this underlying card data. Your "ownership" of a deck or collection refers only to your personal configuration and organization of that data, not to any rights in the underlying cards or card imagery.

When you share content publicly through SummonHub, you confirm that you are sharing a personal reference to publicly available card data for gameplay and collecting purposes, and not claiming ownership of or distributing any third-party intellectual property. Awaited Developments is not responsible for user-shared content that references third-party IP and reserves the right to remove any shared content at its sole discretion.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: scrape or export data in bulk, reverse-engineer the app or web platform, use multiple accounts to circumvent limits or trials, share subscription access, or use the Service for commercial purposes without our written permission. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination.

7. Third-Party Integrations

We integrate with TCGplayer for real-time pricing and inventory data (SummonHub is a TCGplayer Affiliate). Card scanning uses your device camera, processed locally or on-device where possible. Accounts may use Google Sign-In. These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies which govern their respective services.

8. Intellectual Property

SummonHub is developed and operated by Awaited Developments. Yu-Gi-Oh! trademarks, card names, card images, artwork, and all related intellectual property belong to Konami Holdings Corporation and its subsidiaries. We use these assets strictly for informational purposes to facilitate physical gameplay, deck management, and secondary market transactions, under applicable fair use and fair dealing principles.

SummonHub is an independent, unofficial third-party utility. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or connected to Konami in any way, nor to TCGplayer beyond our affiliate relationship. We make no claim of ownership over any Konami intellectual property.

All SummonHub software, branding, and original content are the property of Awaited Developments and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." SummonHub is passionately built and maintained by a small indie team at Awaited Developments and makes no warranties of uninterrupted access, uptime, or availability. Price data sourced from TCGplayer is provided for informational purposes only and may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. Card scan results and collection valuations are estimates only. Never make significant financial decisions based solely on data provided by this app. Always verify independently before purchases or trades.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Awaited Developments and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or financial decisions made based on app data.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. To stop billing for SummonHub Ultimate, cancel your subscription via your Google Play account settings or your SummonHub web account dashboard before the next renewal date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in British Columbia.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
